Everything a stationery & bookshop runs on

One system for the counter and the back office, set up for the way your trade actually sells.

Pieces, dozens and boxes

Sell one pen or a box of 50, one exercise book or a dozen, from the same stock.

School and office prices

Schools, offices and resellers get their own prices automatically.

Credit and invoices

Supply schools on credit with an invoice and see who owes what.

M-Pesa at the till

STK prompt to the customer's phone or a till payment matched to the sale.

KRA eTIMS

eTIMS invoices straight from the point of sale.

Ready for back-to-school

Reorder levels, low-stock alerts and stock takes before the rush.

Payments and compliance

Made for how shops in Kenya get paid

M-Pesa and eTIMS are part of the system, not add-ons you have to wire up yourself.

M-Pesa, connected to your till

Uses your own paybill or till number through Safaricom Daraja.

  • STK Push from the checkout screen
  • Till payments matched to the sale
  • Manual code entry as a fallback

KRA eTIMS

Tax invoices are handled from the point of sale, so compliance isn't a separate job.

  • eTIMS invoicing on sales
  • VAT report by period
  • Exports for your accountant

Keeps selling offline

The POS works in the browser and keeps going when the connection drops.

  • Sales saved on the device
  • Synced when you're back online
  • Installs like an app on tablets and PCs

FAQ

Common questions

Something else? Message us on WhatsApp.

Can I sell single pens and also boxes?

Yes. The box is a pack unit of the pen: a box of 50 takes 50 pens from stock, a single pen takes one.

Can schools buy on credit?

Yes. Set a credit limit on the school, sell on credit with an invoice, and record payments against it later.

Can schools get their own prices?

Yes. Put the school on a price list (Wholesale) and their prices apply automatically at the till and on orders.

How much does it cost?

From KES 1,500 a month for one shop, or buy the software once with yearly maintenance. See the plans and build your own quote on the pricing page.

What does the demo include?

A full shop for 14 days with sample stationery & bookshops products. M-Pesa runs in sandbox mode and no real SMS is sent, so nothing you do in the demo costs money.
